1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting a quote, booking a service, making payment, or engaging ClearVue Cleaning ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

ClearVue Cleaning provides exterior cleaning and property maintenance services, including but not limited to:

• Pressure Washing

• Window Cleaning

• Gutter Cleaning

• Solar Panel Cleaning

• Lawn Mowing

• Garden Clean-Ups

• Builders Cleans

• Commercial Cleaning

• General Exterior Property Maintenance

All services are provided subject to site conditions, weather, safety requirements and access availability.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are provided based on the information available at the time of inspection or enquiry.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Additional charges may apply where:

• Site conditions differ from those disclosed

• Additional work is requested

• Access restrictions increase labour requirements

• Unexpected hazards or safety concerns are identified

Any additional charges will be discussed with the customer before proceeding.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments by providing at least 24 hours' notice.

ClearVue Cleaning reserves the right to reschedule services due to:

• Severe weather conditions

• Equipment failure

• Safety concerns

• Unforeseen operational circumstances

Where possible, alternative arrangements will be offered.

5. Property Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property and work areas.

The customer must ensure:

• Access points are unlocked where required

• Pets are secured

• Valuable or fragile items are removed from work areas

• Any known hazards are disclosed prior to commencement

ClearVue Cleaning reserves the right to refuse service where unsafe conditions exist.

6. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of works.

Payments may be made via bank transfer using the details provided on the invoice.

Customers must use the invoice number or property address as the payment reference.

Late payments may result in reminder notices and collection action where necessary.

7. Satisfaction and Service Quality

ClearVue Cleaning takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, you must notify us within 48 hours of service completion.

We will assess the concern and, where appropriate, take reasonable steps to rectify any issues related to the agreed scope of works.

 

8. Weather Conditions

Some services may be affected by weather conditions.

For safety and quality reasons, ClearVue Cleaning may postpone or reschedule services due to:

• Heavy rain

• High winds

• Storm activity

• Extreme weather conditions

Rescheduled appointments will be arranged as soon as reasonably possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

While all reasonable care is taken when performing services, ClearVue Cleaning shall not be liable for:

• Pre-existing damage

• Deteriorated surfaces, materials or fixtures

• Hidden defects

• Structural issues

• Damage caused by previously poor workmanship

• Normal wear and tear

Pressure washing and exterior cleaning may reveal existing damage or deterioration that was previously concealed by dirt, mould, debris or staining.

 

10. Gutter Cleaning Disclaimer

Gutter cleaning services involve the removal of debris and visible blockages.

ClearVue Cleaning is not responsible for:

• Existing leaks

• Rusted gutters

• Damaged gutter systems

• Structural defects

• Stormwater drainage issues beyond visible blockages

Customers are encouraged to undertake regular inspections and maintenance of their roofing and drainage systems.

 

11. Window Cleaning Disclaimer

While every effort is made to achieve the highest possible standard of cleaning, ClearVue Cleaning cannot guarantee the removal of:

• Permanent staining

• Scratches

• Mineral deposits

• Glass defects

• Existing damage

These issues are often permanent and unrelated to cleaning quality.

 

12. Pressure Washing Disclaimer

Pressure washing is designed to remove dirt, mould, mildew, grime, staining and surface contaminants. While all reasonable care is taken, ClearVue Cleaning cannot be held responsible for:

• Pre-existing cracks, chips or surface deterioration

• Loose, damaged or poorly installed pavers

• Existing concrete defects

• Fading, discolouration or wear of painted surfaces

• Damage resulting from previously weakened materials

• Existing structural defects concealed by dirt or organic growth

Pressure washing may expose existing imperfections that were not visible prior to cleaning.

 

13. Solar Panel Cleaning Disclaimer

Solar panel cleaning is performed using appropriate methods designed to remove dirt, dust and debris from panel surfaces.

ClearVue Cleaning is not responsible for:

• Existing panel defects or faults

• Reduced performance caused by electrical or mechanical issues

• Manufacturer defects

• Existing cracks, scratches or damage

• Wiring issues or inverter faults

• Performance levels before or after cleaning

Customers should consult a qualified solar technician regarding electrical or operational concerns.

14. Garden Maintenance and Lawn Care Disclaimer

Garden maintenance services include lawn mowing, garden clean-ups, pruning and general property maintenance as agreed.

ClearVue Cleaning is not responsible for:

• Existing plant disease

• Pest infestations

• Seasonal plant decline

• Drought-related damage

• Soil conditions

• Previously damaged irrigation systems

• Plant loss resulting from pre-existing conditions

Customers are responsible for identifying any plants, irrigation systems or garden features requiring special care prior to commencement of works.

 

15. Builders Clean Disclaimer

Builders cleans and post-construction cleaning services are intended to prepare completed projects for handover or occupancy.

ClearVue Cleaning is not responsible for:

• Construction defects

• Incomplete building works

• Damage caused by trades or contractors

• Existing scratches, chips or surface defects

• Defects concealed by construction debris

• Items requiring repair, replacement or rectification

Builders cleans are not a substitute for defect rectification by builders, tradespersons or subcontractors.

Any defects identified during cleaning may be brought to the client's attention where reasonably practical.

 

16. Commercial Cleaning Disclaimer

Commercial cleaning services are performed in accordance with the agreed scope of works.

ClearVue Cleaning is not responsible for:

• Damage caused by faulty equipment or building infrastructure

• Existing stains, wear or deterioration

• Damage resulting from improper storage of materials

• Items left unsecured within work areas

• Business interruptions caused by factors outside our control

Clients are responsible for securing confidential documents, valuables and sensitive equipment prior to scheduled cleaning services.

17. Roof and Gutter Cleaning Disclaimer

Roof and gutter cleaning services involve the removal of leaves, debris, dirt and visible obstructions.

ClearVue Cleaning is not responsible for:

• Existing leaks

• Rusted or corroded gutters

• Damaged roof sheets or tiles

• Faulty flashing

• Structural roof defects

• Pre-existing drainage issues

• Water ingress resulting from existing roof conditions

Cleaning may reveal previously hidden defects or deterioration that existed before the service was performed.

Customers acknowledge that gutter cleaning improves drainage performance but does not constitute a roof inspection, roofing repair or waterproofing service.

The content contained on this website is provided for general information purposes only.

All text, images, branding and content remain the property of ClearVue Cleaning and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

Any personal information collected through our website, quote requests or service enquiries is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our website or submitting information, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in that policy.

20. Photography and Marketing Consent

Unless otherwise requested in writing by the customer prior to service commencement, ClearVue Cleaning may take photographs of completed works for quality assurance, training, marketing and promotional purposes.

Photographs will not intentionally include personal information, vehicle registration numbers, house numbers or identifying information without consent.

These images may be used on:

• Company website

• Google Business Profile

• Social media platforms

• Marketing materials

• Advertising campaigns

Customers may request in writing that photographs of their property not be used for marketing purposes.

21. Changes to Terms

ClearVue Cleaning reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be published on this website and become effective immediately upon publication.
